How to Sign Up for Your Online Pet Medical Records
STEP ONE: Register for EpetHealth by selecting the EpetHealth button on the far right of our navigation bar.
STEP TWO: Located on the right hand side there is a Pet Owner Secure Login Box and in the section for your email you will use the email that is associated with your hospital's medical record. (This is the email address your hospital has on file) If you have a new email address, please contact your veterinarian first to update your records, otherwise the link between epethealth and your hospital cannot communicate.
STEP THREE: After you have entered your email address, select "first time login?" located under where you typed in your email. This will direct you to a page that will tell you that an email has been sent to the email you provided.
STEP FOUR: Follow the directions on your email to activate your account and you will then be ready to start requesting appointments, printing out vaccination records, refilling medication and food as well as research various veterinary related client education through articles, images and videos.
