Client Relations Staff
Linda Hammond, a senior Client Relations Specialist, has been with our practice since 1990. She was born and raised in Grand Island, New York and has been a resident of Maryland for 23 years. She joined Greater South River Animal Hospital 20 years ago. She is full of light and happiness and makes all our clients feel as though they are a part of our family. Linda feels that it is not only an honor, but a privilege to care for your patients and companions.
Denise Sullivan, a part time cross trained Client Relations Specialist has worked with our practice since 2000. Denise is a former native of Centreville, Virginia, where she spent her youth on the farm training, competing and showing horses. During her time off she enjoys time with her family and friends, and shopping. Denise enjoys her career and has been known to go way beyond normal customer service to provide the best atmosphere for our clients.
Dorothy (Dot) Campbell, a former Client Relations Specialist and now part time Accounts Receivable Specialist, and has worked with our practice since 2000. She was born in California, raised in Washington DC and has been a resident of Maryland since 1987. Dorothy has retired twice and enjoys gardening and remodeling her home. Her careers have entailed claims processing with the Carpenters Union and computer operations with the Board of Education. Bored with retirement, she now enjoys her third career working at Greater South River Animal Hospital.
Larissa Winingar, a part time Client Relations Specialist joined our practice in February 2008. Larissa was born and raised in Brazil, now she resides with her husband, and her pit bull named “Vida”. She has been around animals her whole life and loves being a part of a team whose common goal is health and well being of animals. She enjoys dancing and going outdoors. She currently attends college and plans to get a degree in health care. She absolutely loves the animals we care for.
Lucy joined our team in the fall of 2016. She is a student at South River High School. She lives in Davidsonville with her family and their dog, Stella and sugar glider, Stella. You can also find Lucy across the street at Rita’s Ice a few days a week. When she is not studying or working Lucy likes to listen to music and read. Lucy’s favorite thing about working at Greater South River is meeting all of the friendly animals.
Jack joined our team in the fall of 2016. He is a student at South River High school and will be graduating in May. He is looking forward to attending Salisbury University in the spring of 2018. He currently lives in Davidsonville with his family and their mastiff, Bear. When not working or studying Jack enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games and wrestling. Jack’s favorite thing about working at the hospital is meeting all of our furry patients.
Joanna joined our team in December of 2016. She currently lives in Annapolis with her husband. They have a daushund, Dez and cat, Dutchie. When she is at home she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking. Joanna has worked at few other hospitals but enjoys Greater South River because of its homey feel.
